You can choose a property in Alanya and complete the purchase without travelling to Türkiye. This page explains the general steps; we plan each purchase together with you.
1. Choosing the property
Tell us your budget and wishes. We send you a shortlist and show you the properties live on a video call, including the building, the neighbourhood and the view.
2. Reservation
Once you decide, the property is reserved with a deposit and a written reservation agreement.
3. Power of attorney
You give a power of attorney at a Turkish consulate or a notary in your country (with apostille). A lawyer or a person you trust can then act on your behalf in Türkiye.
4. Tax number and bank account
A Turkish tax number and a bank account are opened with the power of attorney.
5. Title deed transfer
The official valuation report is prepared and the title deed is transferred at the land registry office. You receive copies of every document.
6. Handover
Keys, utility subscriptions and, if you wish, furnishing and rental management are arranged for you.
Requirements can change; the current procedure is confirmed with the lawyer and the land registry for each purchase.
